This is a long term vision of the project at Grafton Agricultural Commons. To have a community access commercial kitchen in a barn structure with a 4-season learning centre downstairs where the commercial kitchen and storage is. Bowen could also use some neighbourhood cold storage lockers and other island-scale infrastructure to bolster on-island food production & resilience.

I think this is a great idea! There are many artisans that would like to be able to offer locally made products but do not have access to a commercial kitchen so I think a shared, community, commercial kitchen is an excellent idea.
