High End Modular Home Park
From "Community Economic Development Plan"
Go to the project
Today our lower income seniors have little options to stay on Bowen. Many areas across North America have solved this with classy modular home parks.
Modern modular homes can have design standards to look amazing, be eco friendly, and be affordable.
Changing the OCP to allow for it would encourage private sector to build.

I love this idea. This would also help with employee housing.

It is vital that we create truly affordable, low income housing. Mobile homes have fulfilled this requirement for 70+ years and now there are hardly any left in Metro Vancouver. Not everyone needs or even wants a large home, this is an excellent suggestion.
